This Heart Surgeon's Beauty Might Make You Flatline

Do you remember the game Operation, where you try to remove a man's various ailments without setting off the buzzer? Instagram model Pablo (he only goes by one name) might be familiar with the game, but with real people. He is a Spanish surgeon who posted that he worked at the Hospital Universitario Central de Asturias (HUCA), a prestigious cardiology facility and arm of Oxford University. In one of Pablo's first posts in 2015 he called it his "second home."

It seems a little trivial to thirst after such a hot man when he's out there saving lives in one of the most intense jobs on the planet. But it's kind of ironic, because he's a heart surgeon who also steals them via the unbelievably sexy photos he puts up on Instagram.

Pablo is an adventurous type, too. If he's not taking an African safari, climbing a rock face high over the ocean, or taking a swim in the Mediterranean Sea, he is posing in tight shorts that increase our pulse to dangerous levels.

From head to toe, Pablo is a perfect example of how mind and body can be equally sharp.
