"Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" OG Kyle Richards is "questioning" where her romantic interests lie as speculation continues to swirl about her and Morgan Wade, and her daughters are firmly in support, People Magazine reported.
Richards "sat down with PEOPLE to discuss the upcoming season of the hit Bravo show following the season 13 reunion where she revealed she was questioning her sexuality," the publication recounted.
"Thinking back on a discussion she had with her four daughters – Farrah Brittany, 36, Alexia, 27, Sophia, 24 and Portia, 16 – about the subject, Richards explains why she decided to address the speculation."
The "Little House on the Prairie" former child actor told People, "The fact that there were so many rumors out there, I took that opportunity to have that conversation with my daughters to be able to say to them, 'Listen, we know what's being said, but this is where I stand and how I actually feel, and I'm sharing this with you because I've always led by example.'"
Added the "Halloween Kills" and "Halloween Ends" star: "For me as a mom, I want my kids to always be able to come to me with the hard conversations and know that they're going to be loved and accepted no matter what – and they are my best friends."
"The reaction I was met with just blew me away with all four of my daughters, and I felt so loved and so supported," Richards continued.
"Just honestly, it is one of my most proud moments as a mom to see their reaction and what they said to me," Richards told People. "They just want me to be happy. They're like, 'We just want you to be happy and that's all we care about.'"
Though separated from longtime husband Maricio Umansky, Richards said she remains on good terms with him. The two have not legally divorced, and Richards indicated they were in no hurry to do so. Meanwhile, her supportive daughters "very much want me to move on and be happy," Richards told E! News.
"They don't want me just sitting at home" Richards explained. "I have their blessing and I'm very grateful for that."
It remains unknown just to where Richards might "move on." Speculation about her relationship with country singer Morgan Wade has persisted since Richards and Umansky separated, and, People noted, "Rumors grew even stronger after the two kissed in Wade's music video in August 2023."
That video – for Wade's song "Fall in Love with Me" – was, Wade said in a joint interview with Richards at the time, a way for them to "poke fun at" the rumors, "and... troll the trolls a little bit."
