Today on 'Megyn Kelly Today': Megyn Kelly Talks Ghosts, Rides a Scooter, Ratings Drop

READ TIME: 2 MIN.

Today on a tame "Megyn Kelly Today" Megyn Kelly opened her show discussing harassment towards women in Hollywood.

"What is going on out there?" she asked.

Megyn then talked about President Trump's claims about past presidents not making calls to the families of fallen troops. She then talked about how gold is made when two dead stars collide.

"That's what the geniuses are telling us," she said. "Stars collide and good things happen to us below."

Megyn then welcomed "Big Fat Greek Wedding" star Nia Vardalos, who promoted her new play "Tiny Beautiful Things." Of course, it didn't take long before the conversation turned to ghosts.

"Do you believe in ghosts?" Megyn asked Nia.

"YESSSSS," she said.

Megyn then shared a photo a man took while visiting The Stanley Hotel - the cite of Stanley Kubrick's "The Shining." The photo purportedly shows a little girl ghost.

"Oh my, every hair on my body just stood up!" Nia said. "I believe there's some transfer of energy. I believe that maybe we've been here before. I'm not sure. I just don't wanna say no to anything at this point in my life."

Megyn then said: "Who are we as mere mortals to say it's not possible? I like to believe something comes next."

After discussing the Hallmark Channel's 67 Days of Christmas, Megyn revealed it's National Pasta Day. A "Megyn Kelly Today" employee brought out a Greek dish called pastitsio, which is similar to lasagna.

"Is this any good?" Megyn rudely asked Nia.

Megyn said goodbye to Nina and did a sad segment on the opioid crisis.

After that, Megyn welcomed the hosts of a new show called "Adventure Capitalists," which they said is "like 'Shark Tank,' but for the great outdoors."

The hosts brought some inventions to show off, including a scooter thing that is apparently a scooter and skateboard combination. Megyn hopped on it but wasn't impressed.

She then welcomed Tanya Zuckerbot, her dietician, onto the show for a boring segment about pumpkin flavored foods.

In other Megyn Kelly news, Variety published a revealing report about celebrity publicists avoiding her show. In more bad news, Page Six reports "Megyn Kelly Today" ratings continue to drop.

"It's a possible all-time low for 'Today.' It may even be lower than her [Fox] cable show. [NBC News president] Noah [Oppenheim] and [NBC News and MSNBC chairman] Andy [Lack] are in big trouble," a source told the newspaper. "That's a big drop. They have to turn this around."
