Colton Ford Launches Video Kickstarter Campaign

JC Alvarez READ TIME: 2 MIN.

Colton Ford asks his fans to help with his latest video endeavor with a Kickstarter campaign! Riding on the success of his hit dance album "The Way I Am" Ford is preparing to treat his audience to the compilation's new single "Look My Way." The track was written by powerhouse vocalist Chris Willis, Count De Money and Ford himself, and will be remixed just in time for the summer Circuit season.

Currently in pre-production the video for "Look My Way" is to be directed by Bob Koherr, but before a single frame can be shot of the always poised provocateur, Colton Ford is asking his fans to help kickstart the shoot and donate to the cause. Kickstarter has become a very popular avenue taken by many major popular artists, and helps to bring the fandom into the creative process. The Tony Award winning Levi Kreis funded his most recent studio album "Imagine Paradise" and dedicated it completely to his fans. Following in those footsteps, Colton Ford is sharing in the making of the video process and banking that his audience will back him up.

Who wouldn't want to see more of the "sultry sultan of song" in all his glory on the screen one more time? To bring the experience home, Colton Ford and the artist's label Peace Bisquit is offering the video's supporters (aka "co-producers") the chance to benefit from their donation and receive some great gift options including remix packages of the single, or even a Skype chat with Colton Ford himself, and more! There are at least 6 gift options leading up to the fundraising goal.
