Pop stars Rina Sawayama and Charli XCX are both teasing their involvement with a new remix album for Lady Gaga's latest effort, "Chromatica."

At the BRIT Awards Tuesday, Sawayama said she recorded vocals for a long-rumored "Chromatica" remix album, suggesting that she will be featured on the song "Free Woman." (In other Sawayama news, the singer recently enlisted Gaga's BFF, Elton John, for a remix of her queer anthem, "Chosen Family.")

"The wish is on the internet, and I've done my bit, let's just say that. So, it's in the works. It's a song that was hard to sing with my new braces," Sawayama said in an interview video shared by Twitter account PopCrave.

Entertainment Weekly points out that "Chromatica" producer BloodPop — who first hinted at a remix album last year and previously worked with Sawayama — retweeted the vid in which the singer also hints she's on a track that begins with the letter "F."

British singer Charli XCX also took to Twitter on the same day to tell fans she's "in a spilling kinda mood." She answered a question by a fan who asked about a remix for Gaga's single "911." Earlier this year, Charli and BloodPop teased that they wanted to work together on a remix of the song.

"The creation process has begun," Charli told the fan, later telling BloodPop that she'll "send you an idea this week...."

What's more, Charli also hinted that she and Sawayama are working on another project.

Gaga, who just wrapped up filming her new movie in Italy, has not yet confirmed a "Chromatica" remix album is in the works.

"Chromatica" was released in May 2020, spawning the singles "Stupid Love," "Rain on Me," and "911."
